May 10, 2016 · 04 audi a6 2.7t i noticed a chemical/plastic burn smell when i would run the car for a normal drive from a to b but today i lifted the hood and saw white smoke coming from underneath the coolant tank. it was underneath the coolant tank, not directly, and by the heat shield an manifold. hard to see or get there i can't find out whats happening Apr 11, 2016 · If the windows issue is isolated – for example, it’s only one rear window that won’t work – then check the window switch. There’s a circuit breaker for the different sets of windows (rear and front), so if only one is not working, chances are the switch isn’t working. Nov 28, 2009 · Typically, yes. But I’ve had issues with customer’s Audi’s where I’ve had to reset them individually because it wasn’t adapting from the master switch, especially if you can’t actually roll the rear windows down from that switch itself to do the reset. Pipe had leaked above the Bose amp, satnav stack,etc in the left hand side of the rear of the car. There is a removable panel in the boot stow area reveiling these parts. My wipers stopped last year. Turned out the post that the wiper mounts on, under the c-clip,washer and O ring had crud in it. Took the wiper arm and mounting stuff off and sprayed some lube on it.
